Clearly in times of financial strain, choices have to be made. I just want to emphasize that when decisions are made, we should put our children first. The Children's Choir and Youth Choir should not be cut at all.
If the adult choir has to take a hit, I can live with that, reluctantly.
We also have an obligation to be a good employer. Cutting the custodian's hours doesn't strike me as a good plan both for our building or our collective role as a boss.
